1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, as we cannot guarantee their integrity or safety once the seal has been broken.

2. Final Sale Items

  • All sale items are considered final sale and do not qualify for a refund or return.
  • We take extra care to ensure these products are in excellent condition when they are shipped.

3. The Returns Process

  • All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will communicate with you directly to discuss the return and the resolution.
  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. This fee is typically around 30% but may be more or less depending on the circumstances.
  • You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund and the exact amount will be communicated and processed on a case-by-case basis. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
