- All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or events.

1. Order Processing All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or promotions.
2. Shipping & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include order processing time. Need it faster? All expedited shipping requests must be submitted by 1 PM EST for same-day fulfillment.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier using the provided tracking number.
4. Damaged or Missing Packages We take care in packaging every order, but once it leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your order arrives damaged: Please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. If your package is marked as delivered but not received: Please contact the carrier first to initiate a trace. If additional support is needed, our team is happy to assist. 2B Bio Beauty USA is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

3. Order Tracking

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take great care in packaging your order, sometimes issues can occur during transit.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the damaged items, and contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is still unresolved, contact our customer support team for assistance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

- We only ship to destinations within the United States.
